The customer's validation of the order requires the completion of the purchase tunnel process in the case of an order on the lolobarco@online website.

Order validation

After the order is validated, the customer receives a confirmation message at the email address provided. This message contains the order number that must be mentioned in each exchange.

The order becomes final only after payment has been received.

Nature of the works sold

All drawings, paintings, and sculptures for sale on the website are offered by the painter artist Lolo Barco, registered with the RCS under the number: 921 902 979.

The acquisition of an artwork does not grant the buyer any rights of representation, distribution, or reproduction. Only the artist Lolo Barco retains his rights over his creations and reproductions. Any use of the visual of the works must be subject to a request for authorization or purchase.

Ordering one or more paintings (in the case where the site is equipped with an E-commerce module)

To order one or more works, you must go to the page of the painting you wish to acquire and click on the "add to cart" button. To finalize your purchases, click on "order" to start the order process.

Payment security

All transactions made via Paypal offer and ensure a fully secured settlement system. Your bank details are stored on Paypal's secure servers, which create an interface between the buyer and the seller. No bank details are thus communicated to the seller.

Ordering one or more paintings for a showcase site (in the case where the site is not yet equipped with an E-commerce module)

Go to the contact page to describe your request: the title of the work, specify reproduction or original, the price indicated.

In this case, the authorized payment methods will be: Paypal or Bank transfer

Delivery and shipment

Delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated within a 7 working day period for available creations, reproductions other than the formats proposed will be subject to a specific request with a signed quotation prior acceptance. Delivery fees will be indicated at the end of your order process or by email outside the order limit.

Return conditions

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. During this period, you can return the works in their original packaging in good condition (return shipping costs will be at your charge). Refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the works.

Liability and Guarantee

This contract is governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Angoulême.
