Artistic approaches and aspirations

A poetry of shapes and colors...

My world is a structured and conceptual discourse, expressing my sensitivity, creativity and feelings through forms that assemble, interlock and blend with color. The choice of abstract expression gave an answer to what was missing in terms of words.

Abstract is a vast and difficult language, acquired through artistic experiences and my own life enriched by enriching encounters. This requires a lot of research, inventiveness, and spontaneity on my part.

Leaving the figurative to express my feelings is one step, but shapes and colors then take on all their importance. My world is an inner and immersive journey, influenced by the bold use of bright and pure colors, and simple forms. It is a spiritual space, born from instinctive research and complete freedom of expression.

Drawing to Move...

I have chosen to work in black and white to affirm the serenity, calm, gentleness and fragility of my subjects, without being distracted by color. The absence of color draws attention to what is truly important: emotions.

Black and white is fundamental to me, as it accentuates the spiritual and deep reality , in addition to their organic and physical reality. I want to bring out the emotion of each subject using graphite pencil or charcoal.

By using a black background, I wish to isolate the subjects to better appreciate them and to elicit in the observer an intimacy with the forms and details. The neutrality of the black and gray tones reinforces the power of the personal connection between the observer and the drawing.

Sculpture another language...

My creations are a reflection of my emotions and sensitivity, they have been created with a woman's gaze, precise and intuitive gestures. My gaze guided my hands to shape and translate with soul and personality.

The study of the human body, particularly its skeleton and musculature, taught me to work with proportions and form balance. This knowledge allowed me to make easier, more modern interpretations while preserving the sensuality of forms.

The body is a fascinating subject for me, I enjoy exploring its forms, movements and relationship with space. My personal approach allows me to transcend conventions and to give life to original and evocative creations.

My works are a mixture of technique and intuition, each sculpture is an exploration, a discovery and an expression of my soul. I aspireate to transmit my view of the world, to elicit emotions and thoughts in the people who behold it.

Artistic journey

A poetry of shapes and colors...

Drawing and painting have been a second language for me since childhood and have taken an important place in my life. It is through them that I bare my sensitivity, my feelings and my state of mind. I decided to pursue my artistic evolution by participating in workshops, where I honed my techniques and strengthened my chromatic and graphic personality. As a self-taught artist, I am free to explore and build my creative world without restrictions.

As a versatile artist, I explore different mediums to express my emotions and sensitivity. I paint, draw, and create universes with a variety of materials such as acrylics, various materials, glue, and scissors. My artistic approach is characterized by a keen sense of color, where I immerse myself in light and forms. Vibrant and shimmering colors are the signature of my works, inviting you on a journey to the heart of a personal and free world.

My ceramic sculpture journey began with playful experiments in my youth, manipulating clay in my garden. However, it was only in 2021 that I was able to deepen my knowledge by joining a live modeling sculpture workshop at the Angoulême art school.

This experience allowed me to discover the different properties of the earth and understand the techniques for giving form to my ideas in three dimensions. The study of the human body was also a revelation for me, as it taught me the principles of proportion and balance in sculpture.

After this learning, I set out as a self-taught artist in finishing work, exploring different textures and discovering the novelties of patina. Each piece is a challenge for me, requiring rigor and inventiveness to achieve a satisfying final rendering.
